M.TECH - Power Systems Engineering
The Department of Electrical And Electronics Engineering was established in the year 2008-2009 with an intake of UG- (Electrical & Electronics Engineering): 60 PG: (Power System Engineering):18. The department is maintaining the high quality of teaching and learning process with the help of well qualified faculty members.
The Department is looked upon as a centre of excellence in the Institute. The department offers a stimulating environment for its students to execute their project work, to identify and seek solutions to the problems of industries. A student graduating from the department will have the ability to build, motivate, lead project teams effectively, competent to solve complex technical problems and organizational issues. The department has qualified, experienced and committed teaching and non-teaching faculty.
Laboratories are well equipped. Good exposure is given to all the students to update their practical knowledge. Well qualified technicians are training the students in the practical sessions.
