The vision of Sree Vahini is to provide quality education to rural youth. Students are educated about the
importance of education before, during and after undergraduate studies. Our faculties visit junior colleges
in and around Krishna District and educate them about the importance of higher studies and the scope of
such studies. We even give power point presentation on what next after plus two. We encourage them to
register and attend for EAMCET.
Once the student enters our campus, we conduct orientation programme and help the students and parents
to understand what is what in engineering studies. We explain how each specialization in B.Tech helps
them in gaining knowledge and also give a picture on the scope for higher education and career the career
opportunities for each specialization.
During the 4 years of a student’s stay in our campus, we provide aptitude, reasoning and verbal training.
We help them in improving their communication skills. Students are constantly reminded that a good
academic record is a must for education in abroad and for strong career path. Personality development
sessions are conducted to keep them motivated.
We also organize seminars on overseas education. During these sessions students are informed about the
opportunities available for higher studies in other countries. The data related to the foreign universities,
their academic calendar, courses offered, eligibility criteria, documents required, fee structure and financial
requirements are explained by the overseas education consultants. The format, dates of qualifying exams
likes TOEFL, GRE and IELTS are also discussed by the consultant.
During the regular mentoring, students in the final year are encouraged to opt for further studies. Most of
the students register and appear for PGECET exam and join in M.Tech Courses. Few students go abroad
for MS.
Various factors like social and economic background of the students’ family determine whether they go for
PG studies in India or for MS abroad or settle in a job to support their family
